We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days. You will receive an email with a track and trace code once your package has been shipped.

If you have ordered your own design, the delivery time can be up to 10 to 14 working days.

If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Postage costs

Your order will be sent via letterbox post. We use the services of DHL or PostNL for this.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of DHL or POSTNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. The emergency service is provided via DHL For You, ordered before 4:00 PM? It will then be delivered the next day between 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM. No orders will be delivered on Saturday & Sunday.
